Donation REquest
Wonder is proud to be an integral part of our community. We thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. Wonder is asked to support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year and we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Please fill out the online Donation Request Form below to submit your request. The form will be reviewed by the Wonder team. Please remember that submitting an online request does not guarantee a donation.
Due to the many requests we receive, our Submission Guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible. Please take a moment to become familiar with our policies below before submitting your online request. In order for your donation request to be considered, you must be able to answer 'yes' to statements below.
1. My organization is a registered 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 non-profit.
2. My organization is located in Wisconsin.
3. My event is at least six (6) weeks away.
