Inspiring Hands brings the world of community helpers to life for little ones, and this session features a very important everyday hero: bankers!

Children will learn how bankers help people save, protect, and take care of their money through an engaging storytime and hands-on play. We’ll read Curious George Saves His Pennies to introduce the idea of earning and saving in a fun, age-appropriate way, followed by an interactive activity where kids decorate their own paper piggy bank—reinforcing the concept of saving money in a safe place.

To make learning active and playful, we may also include a “Piggy Bank Hunt,” where children search for paper coins around the room, collect them, and “deposit” them into a piggy bank together while learning what saving means.

Through storytelling, movement, and creative play, children will explore how bankers help our community every day—making this Inspiring Hands session perfect for curious young minds ready to learn, imagine, and dream big.
